Health Elements of Well Beings

The principles of “We the well Beings” are rooted in indigenous wisdom and focuses on three primary elements: Physical (Body), Psychological (Mind), and Spiritual (Sprit) health. However, holistic health, which accounts for ALL living things actually includes seven foundational elements. They are physical, psychological, financial, environmental,  community (socio-cultural), economic, and spiritual health. 

But, our aim is to first get your body, mind, and spirit healed, healthy, and in balance. Afterwards, you can expand your knowledge about the other interdependent elements  of holistic health.

Health Element #1: Physical Health

The first well Being Health Element focuses on your physical (Body) health. Our online course calls this unit “Aloha Ke Kino,” or “Love & Wholeness of the Body.” Your physical health is an integral part of your overall well-being. Maintaining a healthy body involves a variety of health behaviors. For example, eating a healthy diet, staying active, sleeping well, and reducing stress help manage and sustain your health. Luckily, our online course and weekly video posts provide information that teaches you how these essential factors affect you. And we provide simple tips and tricks you can apply today to heal and improve it.

Health Element #2: Psychological Health

The second well Being Health Element focuses on your psychological (Mind) health. Our online course calls this unit “Aloha Ka Mana’o,” or “Love & Wholeness of the Mind.” Psychological wellness, including mental, emotional, behavioral, and social health, is essential for becoming a well Being. Unfortunately, sometimes your thoughts, beliefs, and old habits make it difficult for you when trying to change. Our online course and weekly videos tackle many of these psychological issues and provide simple solutions to address them. So, making healthy changes and becoming a well Being can be easy when using the tools we share in our material.

Health Element #3: Spiritual Health

The third well Being Health Element focuses on your spiritual (Spirit) health. Our online course calls this unit “Aloha Ke Akua,” or “Love & Wholeness of Source.” Awakening to the fact that the truest essence of you is Love, and you are profoundly loved, is the purest form of spiritual health. From a Native Hawaiian perspective, maintaining and strengthening your spirituality is critical for good health. And the fact is, we are all spiritual beings, and our existence here on Earth is nothing short of a miracle. Our online course explores some of these miraculous truths and the devotional healing practices and traditions of ancient Hawaiians and other indigenous peoples.
