The Hā’ehuola Program is a comprehensive, holistic, culturally-relevant, immersive intervention designed to help you make long-lasting healthy lifestyle changes by guiding and supporting you on your health journey.
How is it different from other health programs?
Unlike many other health improvement programs that primarily focus on increasing physical activity or introducing a healthy diet to promote wellness, Hā’ehuola focuses on addressing fundamental aspects that impact your overall well-being. These include physical, psychological, and spiritual health.
