1) Learning how to heal your body, mind, and spirit through our practical, informative (and sometimes mind blowing!)  online health and nutrition course that will really make you think about what and why you’re eating certain foods, who and what is influencing your habits, and why you are constantly struggling to make long-lasting healthy changes (it’s not your fault by the way…you’re going to be shocked when you find out what’s driving your behaviors).

2) Eating cleaner. For example, eat less meat and add more fruits and vegetables to your diet every day. We suggest you try our plant-based medically tailored (MTM) meal plan to help you adopt this eating habit, which can also fast track your healing process.

3) Booking a private session with Dr. Malia. She can help you design a personal health plan, identify root causes of some of your health challenges, or provide you a full wellness evaluation.
